Members of Skelmersdale Boundary Harriers competed for the 2006 “Chalice Trophy”. The runner’s best six scores were selected from the races below. For the races that were part of a series the best score counted
Scores were handicapped as follows:
Runner’s Score = (Winner’s time) x age (Runner’s time)
The age handicap was worked out on the age that the runner will become in 2006. Women’s scores were increased by 10%
